We are pleased to announce that we have upgraded our website, http://www.baffc.org,  to include most of the information that you currently find in the Fifth Circuit Reporter:

• Articles on Federal Practice and Brief Writing
• Recent Updates
• Fifth Circuit Reporter in PDF format
• Information on how to obtain discounted rates at select New Orleans hotels.
• Daily Commentary of the opinions rendered by the Fifth Circuit
• Cases Pending before the Fifth Circuit.

Accordingly, we will discontinue the printing of the Fifth Circuit Reporter after Volume 24:12.
